Course Overview: CPR & New Life in Christ
In this interactive session, students will learn the basics of hands-only CPR, gaining practical experience in how to respond during a cardiac emergency using chest compressions. As they practice reviving a physical body, they’ll explore the spiritual parallel of how Jesus brings new life to hearts that are spiritually dead. Through guided discussion and Scripture, students will reflect on how God breathes life into us through salvation and renews us daily. Key verses such as Ezekiel 36:26 (“I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you”) and Ephesians 2:5 (“…even when we were dead in our sins, [God] made us alive with Christ…”) will anchor the lesson in biblical truth. This session equips students both with a life-saving skill and a deeper understanding of Christ’s power to restore and transform.

Learning basic first aid as we learn about Missions. How we took a Mission Trip to Honduras to teach basic first aid while sharing the gospel and opening up doors for further ministry.

We are going to sharpen our basketball skills learning the unstoppable triple threat position while also focusing on the Real Triple Threat - getting us ready to share the Gospel!

We’ll learn the importance of using your talents for God’s glory and we’ll play some basketball!

We will play a few board games and talk about the spiritual applications pertaining to the importance of our words and how the Bible instructs us to use our words.

Using a cube to talk about salvation

We will hear from a current missionary to Southeast Asia. We will learn about what daily life for a missionary is really like. We will talk about the culture, food, beliefs of a people group and hears stories about God's faithfulness in getting the gospel to these people. We'll also sample a tiny bit of the flavor of this Southeast Asian country.

This tract time uses the game of disc golf to teach biblical decision-making through wisdom found in the Scriptures, especially Proverbs. In disc golf, every throw involves a choice—what disc to use, how far to throw, and how much power or finesse is needed. Similarly, in life, we face constant decisions that require wisdom.

In this high-energy breakout, we’ll face the fear of sharing your faith head-on—with stories, laughs, and real talk about courage, purpose, and why it’s totally worth it! If you’ve ever felt your heart race at the thought of evangelism, this is your Red Bull moment!!!

Learning how to pitch, while learning about putting our faith in Christ.

This class is more than just a workout, it’s a time of discipleship through movement. Designed for both middle school and high school students, each session will include high-energy fitness activities paired with Christ-centered teaching. As we train our bodies, we’ll also train our hearts, learning what it means to follow Jesus with discipline, strength, and purpose. Come ready to grow physically and spiritually—this is where faith meets action!

Students will be given pencils and blank paper. They will have a set amount of time to doodle, scribble, draw whatever they want without the pencil leaving the paper. Then they will be given colored pencils/markers and can color in the drawing. The lesson in this will be to show all the things that happen in life and how it can be messy, stressful, and out of control. Then help them see that it is works of art crafted by God and through guidance of the spirit they can turn the "chaos" of their lives into something beautiful that can be used to share the love of Christ. Bible verses centering the lesson on Isaiah 64:8, Ecclesiastes 3:11, Ephesians 2:10, and Genesis 1:26-27.

Yes we will be playing some football but more importantly we will learn how to build a team of Christians around us so we can be prepared for what the world has to offer. Good sportsmanship and the willingness to work with others is important. (Max number of students per session is 21)

We will be using Acts 17:11 and Joshua 5 to discuss how to build a great Christian team around you so you can thrive in the storm and spread the good news! Plus we will be playing football!!!!!
